note that the Full Upgrade offer is contingent on returning
your existing wireless rainsensor to us. Once you receive the
upgrade order, please return your old RainSensor to:

Please
also include your contact information in the package so as to
identify you with the returned goods. Failure to return the
old product within 30 days may result in an additional charge
to your credit card equal to the difference in price between
the upgrade option, and the full unit cost (an additional $54.90
for the rain model or $66.90 for the rain/freeze model).
Note:
We reserve the right to send manufacturer refurbished units
as upgrades under this plan. All refurbished product is fully
tested to meet or exceed original performance criteria, however
there will be the occasional cosmetic blemish on the product.
